How we find the leak
Water rarely shows up directly below where it gets in. We go up, trace the path from the stain back to the source and fix the cause rather than the symptom. Every repair comes with before and after photos so you can see exactly what was wrong and what we did.
Emergency leaks
If water is coming in now, call us. We'll prioritise getting you watertight with a temporary fix if needed, then price the permanent repair properly rather than rushing it in the rain.

Roof repairs: common questions
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends on access and the extent of the problem. Simple slipped slate repairs start from a modest call-out and materials price; we give a firm quote before any work starts, with no call-out charge for the inspection.
Can you repair it without scaffolding?
Often, yes. Many repairs can be done from ladders or with rope access where anchor points exist. Where scaffold or a cherry picker is needed for safety, we arrange it and include it in the quote.
How quickly can you come out?
Urgent leaks are normally seen within 24 to 48 hours. Non-urgent repairs are usually booked within the week.
