How it works
We survey the structure, agree what's staying (bases, fences, neighbouring walls) and strip it down in a controlled way. All waste is removed by licensed carriers and the site is swept and left tidy. If you want the slab lifted too, we can price that.
A word on asbestos
Many pre-1980s garage roofs are asbestos cement sheet. We are not licensed asbestos contractors and we don't remove it. If we suspect a roof is asbestos cement we'll tell you before quoting and point you to a licensed removal firm to deal with that part first; we can then take down and clear the rest. Never let anyone break one of these roofs up without checking.

How long does it take?
Most sheds and single garages are down and cleared in a day.
Do you remove the concrete base?
If you want it gone, yes. We quote it separately so you can decide.
What about the waste?
All of it goes with us, through licensed waste carriers, and the cost is included in your quote.
