Tenement gutter cleaning without the scaffolding bill.
Not all tenement gutters need expensive scaffolding to be cleaned. Where suitable anchor points are available, we use specialist harness and rope-access equipment to safely reach, clear and inspect your gutters, saving the cost and hassle of traditional scaffolding.
How rope access works
Our operatives are trained in rope access and work from two independently anchored lines, the same system used on high-rise buildings. Where the roof has suitable anchor points we can be on the gutter line within the hour, with no scaffold, no road permits and no weeks of poles outside your window.

- Moss and debris removal from the gutter line
- Minor repairs such as slipped slates and loose brackets done on the same visit where safe

When scaffolding is still needed
If there are no safe anchor points, or if the work found needs more than rope access can safely deliver, we'll say so and price scaffold or a cherry picker. We don't take risks on your roof to save money.

We're used to the realities of shared repairs: multiple owners, factors needing paperwork, and bills that have to be split. We provide clear written quotes, photo reports and invoices that can be circulated, and we're happy to be nominated as the contractor on factor-managed buildings.

How do I know if my building has anchor points?
Call us. We can usually tell from a quick look at the roof, and we'll confirm on the day before any work starts.
How much cheaper is rope access than scaffold?
Scaffolding a tenement elevation typically costs well into four figures before any work begins. Rope access removes that cost entirely, so the bill is for the cleaning and repairs alone.
Are you insured for this?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and our rope-access operatives are trained and equipped to industry standards.
Do you cover all of Glasgow?
