Solar panel cleaning
Bird mess, lichen, moss and traffic film can cut a panel's output noticeably. We clean with pure water and soft brushes, never pressure washers or detergents that void warranties, and check mounts, cabling and bird-proofing while we're up there.
Gutter clearing
We clear leaves, moss, silt and debris from gutters, downpipes and valleys, flush the system through and check joints, brackets and falls. Blocked downpipes and hoppers are rodded clear. Small faults are fixed on the spot where possible.
Moss removal
Thick moss holds water against slates and tiles, lifts them in frost and blocks gutters every autumn. We remove it by hand and treat the roof to slow regrowth.
Planned maintenance
Landlords, factors and homeowners can book an annual or twice-yearly visit so gutters never get to the overflowing stage. We'll remind you when it's due.

Solar panel & gutter cleaning: common questions
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Once a year for most houses, twice if you have overhanging trees. Tenements with valley gutters benefit from an autumn visit.
Will cleaning damage my solar panels?
No. We use pure water fed brushes and follow the panel manufacturer's guidance. Pressure washing and abrasive cleaning are what cause damage, and we don't use them.
Do you clean tenement gutters?
