A roof window transforms a dark attic room, landing or kitchen extension. We install and replace skylights in slate, tile and flat roofs, with the flashing and weatherproofing done right so they never become the leak you regret.

Why the flashing matters
Most leaking skylights were fitted with the wrong flashing kit for the roof covering, or had it dressed badly. We use the correct kit for slate, plain tile or profiled tile, fit it to manufacturer specification and tie it into the roof so water runs round the window rather than into it.
Structural work
Where a window is wider than the rafter spacing we trim the opening with new timbers, and we'll tell you up front if the job needs a building warrant.

Do I need a building warrant for a skylight?
In Scotland, a small roof window replacing like-for-like usually doesn't. New openings that alter the roof structure may. We'll advise on each job.
How long does installation take?
Most single roof windows are fitted in a day, including making good inside.
